- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They were bring a new couch purchased from Sears. They half heartily tried to fit it in our building, couldn't and scolded my wife for buying one so big (it was the same size as our old one which they also delivered). They took it back to the warehouse. Had "2 Burley Men" moving company pick-up and deliver. They had no problem at all. Would recommend to anyone not having B&N do any deliveries.
