  The Prairie Inn is our favourite eatery with good food and decent prices. The servers are generally friendly and on point. We've experienced some hick-ups, but overall a good time. I've attended retirement parties and birthday parties at the pub/restaurant. The pub puts on food and drink specials. It is one of the oldest buildings on the peninsula. There is a very small family section for mixed ages.

  Excellent quality food. Great service no actually they have exceptional service. Only thing I would change is their BBQ sauce isn't that great. Too sweet needs to be darker.

  Since moving here a few months ago, we've found a huge improvement over the food. First couple of times almost made us want to stop coming because of the insane prices, tiny portions and the almost microwaveable food. They might've hired new guys in the back. This is now the best neighbourhood pub I've ever had the chance to be part of. Good people and atmosphere. Can't go wrong with those. The prices could use a little reworking, but I guess since they're the only show in town, they take advantage of that. I really don't mind though since I come for the atmosphere and try to keep my support local. Plus the portion sizes seem to have increased to a big pub sized serving, what you'd expect from a real neighbourhood pub. Some more gluten-free options would be awesome, but the fact they have some is impressive either way. The bartenders and waitresses have always been stellar, incredibly nice and good people to talk to. You guys rock, keep it up.

  Local watering hole with a menu that will surprise. Plenty of drink options and open late. Pleasant mix of youth and age (Kids welcome in designated area!) Pool tables, closed patio and bar seating available.

  Enjoyable old pub atmosphere with sports, great food, and a good selection of craft and big brand beer. Highly recommended.
